By accessing our website, purchasing our beauty products, or using our services within Pakistan, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are tailored to address local e-commerce challenges in Pakistan, including courier cash-on-delivery (COD) challenges, return policies, and consumer rights.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our platform or purchase our beauty products.

2. Orders, Payment, and Cash on Delivery (COD)

Eligibility: To purchase products from Esbee Esthetics, you must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Contract Act, 1872.
Payment Methods: We accept secure online payments (EasyPaisa/Bank Transfers) as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) for shipments across Pakistan.
COD Verification & Refusal: For COD orders, our logistics team may call or message you to confirm the order. If an order is confirmed and dispatched, refusing to accept the package at the doorstep without a valid, pre-notified reason may result in your phone number and address being flagged for future orders.
Order Fulfillment: Order fulfillment involves processing payments and shipping cosmetic items. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock limitations or unverified contact details, or for any other reason that we consider justified to cancel an order.

3. Shipping, Delivery, and Courier Challenges

Delivery Timelines: We partner with local courier services across Pakistan. While we strive to deliver within standard city-wise timeframes (typically 4 to 7 business days), delays caused by weather, political strikes (hartals), security blockades, or remote area logistics are beyond our direct control.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the courier carrier. Esbee Esthetics is not liable for packages mishandled or delayed by third-party logistics providers once dispatched, though we may assist in filing claims.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Cosmetic Hygiene

Strict No-Return Policy on Opened Goods: Due to the personal care, hygienic, and sensitive nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, tested, unsealed, or used.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, you must notify us via email or WhatsApp (+923368264888) within 12 hours of delivery, accompanied by an unboxing video showing the shipping label and the damage. Claims made after 12 hours will not be entertained.

5. User Accounts and Personalization

Account Security: If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password.
Personalization Services: We use your profile information for personalization, specifically recommending tailored makeup and skincare items based on user profile.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. As explained in our policy, we collect details such as personal details (names, email addresses, phone numbers, and shipping/billing addresses), beauty preferences (skin types, specific beauty concerns, and favorite product history), and technical data (IP addresses, browser types, and device location information). We protect your information by using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption.

7. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

Limitation of Liability: Esbee Esthetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from adverse skin reactions if instructions or ingredient lists were ignored, or from delivery delays. Our liability for any direct claim arising from a product purchase is strictly limited to the purchase price of the specific item bought. If you have any health related issues related to your skin or otherwise, you should totally avoid using/purchasing products from our website and contact a doctor/dermatologist for treatment of your condition. EsBee Esthetics does NOT sell treatments; our products are simple cosmetic products for use by individuals with healthy skin.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
